One call can solve all plumbing, electrical and appliance maintenance emergencies.
Our service providers are reputable businesses, with whom we have built relationships over many years and who delivers high quality service throughout the RSA and Namibia.
All our call centre operators receive extensive training and assistance on product knowledge, customer care and claims handling.
The call centre is extremely effective, as it logs a huge number of claims on a daily bases, to ensure client satisfaction. We deal with claims countrywide and have established stable relationships, with all the Service Providers we utilize.

No claim forms need to be completed, as everything is voice logged for efficiency.
A service provider will be dispatch, immediately (after an appointment was made), or at the client’s convenience.
No overtime rates are charged, for emergencies, during weekend or public holidays.
